I majored in English and secondary education at Coe College and began my teaching career in the fall of 1996. I returned to Plainsmen territory as a high school English teacher in 2000. After seven years in the classroom, I pursued my Master's Degree in School Counseling at Drake University. After one year away from Belle Plaine Schools, I returned home once again and have been a school counselor for the Plainsmen since 2009. I continue to enjoy life in Belle Plaine with my son Jack and our golden retriever Gus. |
