Red Ribbon Week Wrap-Up

Last week was Red Ribbon Week and During Red Ribbon Week the Plainsmen did a lot of activities. Red Ribbon Week dress up days included- Monday, Tune Out Drugs, wear a band/ concert t-shirt/Tuesday, My futures bright for drugs, wear neon/ Wednesday, follow your dreams and don't do drugs, wear pj’s/ Thursday, grow old without drugs, dress like a senior citizen. One of the main activities was poker between advisor groups. The office called kids up between classes from all different advisor groups and the advisor with the best hand at the end wins. As this week went on we hope that all students had a fun week and thanks to all members that helped plan the week which were Ms. Daily, Alyssa Steinback and Olivia Bohlen.
Mrs. Daily gave some good information about Red Ribbon Week. She says that each activity and dress up day was to have a more competitive effect against other advisor groups. The theme for this year was stay clean from drugs and alcohol. Mrs. Daily would like to thank Kiley Alcott, Olivia Bohlen, and Alyssa Steinback for being on the planning committee.
